Why Brands Really Matter For Me?

Here are the most common questions I am getting nowadays.

Bibith why are you paying higher prices for brands compared to unbranded or generic products?

Is it better quality? look and feel? Status?

So here is my answer:

It’s probably a combination of each. The quality, look and feel, and status.

The brand provides me peace of mind, comfort, happiness, and satisfaction. It will help me to express who I am or who I want to be. Brands offer safety and reduce the risk of disappointment.

See! People become emotionally attached to the brands they use and view them as part of their self-image.

15 years ago, there was a campaign by Apple’s classic “I’m a PC / I’m a Mac” which really shows how brands can reflect personalities and self-perceptions.
